Synergic Designs, established in 1998 by Raghunanda, is a multi-disciplinary architectural and interior design practice.
Our holistic approach considers every element as an integration of multiple aspects, ensuring that each one of them is activated by the planning and design. We provide a synergized offering that combines integrated planning and design consultancy with electrical engineering and data connectivity services.

Raghunanda S. A.
– Founder & CEO Synergic Designs
Raghunanda is the founder and Principal Architect – Planner at Synergic Designs. He has a 23-year track record of designing blue and green master plans for different usages and special-use buildings and providing end-to-end solutions in design and execution. He has designed over 18 lakh square feet of building space and 10 lakh square feet of interiors, providing value engineering worth Rs 200 crore.
He has been associated with projects that required master planning skills and sustainable urban planning development and architecture such that the design minimized the negative environmental impact through efficiency and moderation in using easy access, scientifically assigned land use, policies for materials, energy, and development space. Raghunanda believes that designs, actions and decisions should not hamper future development or inhibit societal opportunities.
Raghunanda follows the principled design approach of first understanding the requirements, project zoning, block development and building designs and details which ensure that the project has been designed with the future in mindThis includes ensuring costs are contained, using local materials extensively, and optimizing natural light and ventilation. He believes that an appreciation of such a sustainable approach towards design and construction enables smart growth, upholding a sustainable architectural and planning tradition and overall project economics. He also believes that projects with good team leadership and a hands-on approach to management are automatically more efficient, more profitable and of a higher standard in terms of building architecture and operations and functions.
Raghunanda’s teaching experience as Professor and Design Chair in the Department of Architecture at S.I.T., Tumakuru, since 2009, has given him additional expertise concerning the spatial dynamics of learning spaces.
Raghunanda has a B. Arch from Mysore University and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the prestigious Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology, Ahmedabad. As a licensed Architect since 1992, Raghunanda works with BIM design software, ArchiCad which helps him to collaborate and communicate better, to develop a model based building quantity and scheduling, in pre-construction project visualisation, to improve coordination, to reduce cost and to mitigate risk during construction.
Raghunanda is also a Research Scholar pursuing a doctorate from SPA, Delhi, in Physical Planning. He is on the panel of the ethics committee at ICMR.
Srikanth Shreenidhi
– Design Engineer, Electrical and allied services
A specialist in data center design, networking and security systems, Srikanth Shreenidhi has over 15 years of experience in data network, fire and access control designs. His experience varies from design and supervision of various electrical installations such as industrial, high rise buildings, townships and hospitals to software, residential and commercial complexes, club houses and hotels. He has worked on a number of large corporate assignments and has expertise in setting up test beds. Shreenidhi has also worked closely with the Government of Karnataka in installing electrical substations across Karnataka.
Shreenidhi has accomplished installations for Narayana Nethralaya, South Indies, Yuken India, UCO Bank, Dharmasthala Manjunatha Temple and many more. He believes in presenting high quality design, creation and installation of the best of electrical systems and in fulfilling the customer’s requirements with the best available in the industry.His knowledge and experience in planning and preparation of GFC drawings, documentation, execution and certification is very evident in the projects undertaken.
Shreenidhi worked as Electrical Engineer at KIMS Hospital before he joined as partner at Synergic Designs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University.

Madhu, our PHE engineer with over 30 years of design experience, has assisted Synergic Designs
with developing sanitary, pumping, and fire fighting system designs.
Manjunath
– Designer & Structural Engineer
Manjunath has been practising since early 1989 as a structural design engineer, catering to different building designs that include individual residences, commercial, healthcare and industrial projects. He strongly emphasises on functionality and a firm commitment to meeting the clients’ needs in both the practical and abstract aspects of the profession. Manjunath is a good listener, very co-operative and pragmatic and a firm believer in minimalism of form and appropriateness of structural detail, often coming up with innovative solutions aimed at meeting client specific needs. In his twenty five years of practice, there has not been a single instance of a client expressing dissatisfaction with his designs.

– QS Consultant
As a graduate in civil engineering from Bangalore University, with more than thirty five years of experience in this field, Purushothama is well versed in handling different building typologies such as Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Layouts etc. He is skilled in budgeting, detailed cost estimates/ BOQ, preparing tender documents, contract administration etc.He also helps in vendor bill verification and certification.
