• Preparation of Cable Schedule, Earth Strip Sizes, Identification of type of earthing
• Preparation of Provisional Estimate, BOQ, External and Internal Electrification layout, Cable route, etc
• Technical guidance for Techno-commercial negotiations with electrical contractors/vendors, etc.
• Supervision till completion of project.
• Preparation of Snag list at the end of project, ensuring the list is rectified, educating the client/client representative about the installation, routine procedure to be followed on daily/monthly basis and safety procedures to be adopted for the electrical installations.
• Value-added services by touching base with the client once in 3-6 months to enquire about the electrical installations.
• Proof checking/PMC for electrical works.
